About Me

I graduated with a BA in Psychology and Business Management Economics. After graduating, I worked as an Administrator and as an Customer Service Coordinator in the information technology industry. This required me to be able to communicate with cross-functional teams, stay organized, manage time efficiently, pay attention to detail, solve problems, and empathize with customers. These experiences honed my ability to understand users’ pain points and brainstorm solutions.

Because of my love of art and psychology, UX combines my creativity and research background to fuel my passion for helping people. Through my journey in UX, I learned that the main focus was usability and accessibility. Listening to users’ stories and pain points excited me, as it offers opportunities to synthesize data, brainstorm ideas, and test solutions through usability tests. These tests have shown me the value of iterating on designs based on user feedback to catch issues that could go unnoticed. I’m eager to deepen my understanding of users’ challenges and refine prototypes to create impactful designs that people feel comfortable using.

I want to use my knowledge to create clear and accessible designs. Being able to solve user problems through research brings me fulfillment and purpose. Ideally, I see myself working with a group of passionate, creative individuals who will help me grow as a designer. I’m open to working on projects that would improve people’s busy lives.

In my free time, I love to sing karaoke and paint at a local park with a picnic. I find it important to destress and spend some time alone to recharge.

Let’s chat!
